Satpura National Park, located in the Hoshangabad (Narmadapuram) district of Madhya Pradesh, is one of India’s most pristine and less-crowded wildlife destinations. Nestled within the Satpura mountain ranges, the park is known for its dense forests, rugged hills, sandstone peaks, deep valleys, and scenic reservoirs. Established in 1981, it forms part of the larger Satpura Tiger Reserve and offers a unique wilderness experience for nature lovers and adventure seekers.
The park is home to a rich variety of wildlife, including Bengal Tigers, Leopards, Sloth Bears, Indian Gaurs, Wild Dogs (Dholes), Sambar Deer, Chital, and numerous other species.
